Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the DRIN PRO — Unified Cloud Communication services provided by Skillworks S.r.l.

1. Definitions

  • "Service": the DRIN PRO UCaaS platform, based on Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition.
  • "Provider": Skillworks S.r.l., Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 28 — 25030 Roncadelle (BS), Italy, VAT No. 02337301200.
  • "Customer": the natural or legal person who enters into the contract for the use of the Service.
  • "User": any person who accesses the website or uses the Service.

2. Subject Matter of the Service

The Provider offers the Customer a Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) solution including: cloud PBX, VoIP calls, video conferencing, chat, IVR, call centre, AI Receptionist, AI transcription, and complementary features. The Service is delivered through Italian datacenters owned by the Provider.

3. Activation and Duration

The Service is activated upon subscription to a plan (Small, Medium, Large, XL, Enterprise or Ultimate). The minimum contract duration is 12 months, automatically renewable unless terminated with 60 days' prior notice. A 30-day free trial is available.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are indicated on the Plans & Pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan. Additional services (AI Receptionist, AI Transcription, extra minutes) are billed separately.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer undertakes to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with Italian and European laws;
  • Not use the Service for unlawful activities, spam, fraud or harassment;
  • Protect access credentials;
  • Comply with the licence terms of Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition;
  • Promptly report any malfunctions or support requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for: service interruptions due to force majeure, connectivity provider outages, improper use of the Service by the Customer, loss of data due to incorrect Customer configurations. The Provider's liability is limited to the annual contract amount.

7. Data Processing

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the GDPR. The Provider acts as Data Controller for browsing data and as Data Processor (under the DPA) for the Customer's communication data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service is based on Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition technology. The DRIN PRO trademark is owned by Skillworks S.r.l. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia. The parties undertake to attempt an out-of-court settlement before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Amendments to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' prior notice. Amendments shall be communicated to the Customer by email.
